On arrival, I was taken aback by the strong smell of dampness in the cabin, which made my stay uncomfortable. Despite being excited for a cozy getaway, the lack of staff to address any issues left me feeling abandoned. I ultimately chose to leave early, as the environment didn't meet my expectations at all.

wow, what a absolutely dreadful experience. stayed in the deluxe queen studio and found only three coffee pods for four nights—such a joke. The bed was shockingly uncomfortable. it sunk right in the middle. i almost gave a good review, but the lack of a welcome gift made me feel so unappreciated. never again!
